The public relations division of Brandish is called “Brandish PR”. We endeavour to generate media publicity for our clients through this service. Our competency lies in creating the right perceptions through a well planned P.R strategy. • To devise the most effective P.R strategy
Understand a client’s requirement and plan a P.R strategy which is most effective in terms of the communication, media, frequency and implementation. To plan the clients P.R calendar of activity to be in sync considering various aspects both external & internal which could impact a campaign.
• Press Release Publicity
To create the required press release which propagates a story, that the client intends to communicate to the media. To syndicate the press release to the appropriate media and stay in touch with them to explain, clarify & detail the information that needs to be published. To follow up with the media and ensure, that the story is published in the relevant media as per the clients requirement.
• Press Conference & Event P.R
To plan create & send pre event press releases. To invite the media & ensure attendance for the clients press conference. Create press kits, distribute them & manage the media at the event. To devise a presentation plan at the press conference. To maximise visibility for the client through appropriate photo opportunity, logo visibility, interviews & distribution of appropriate visual material to the media attending the event. To follow up with the media post event to ensure the desired level of media coverage.
• One on one media interviews
To generate publicity for the client by organising one on one interviews/interactions between the media & the client. These could be at a location like office, residence or a hotel at a time convenient to the client. For radio stations & channels these could also be held at a studio. A photo shoot could also be arranged during the interviews.
• Press Stunts & Unique P.R initiatives
This involves construction or alteration of stories to create media attention not necessarily positive. The primary objective of this exercise is to drive media attention for an assignment which otherwise would have would generate none on its own. This would include creation of controversial news information linked to an individual or an activity & leveraging the same to create attention to achieve publicity objectives. This is done carefully to ensure that it is not detrimental to the client.
• Paid Editorial Coverage
We specialize in identifying, negotiating & managing paid editorial coverage in print and electronic media. This would include the medianet coverage in publications like the Times of India group, TV channels & web portals. Frontage page lead pictures, carriage on Page 3 in dailies and coverage in magazines, lifestyle channels & news channels are part of our services. Roping in celebrity personalities for photo opportunity, organising of parties, invitee list management, etc. is also provided as a service to clients.
• Contests & editorial mentions
Brandish also helps create recall for a brand through contests on print, television & radio stations. This includes devising the appropriate contest, making the creative which would be the print advertisement, television commercial or the radio spot. Tying in the media to publicize the contest through promos or spots and also through editorial publicity like articles, VJ & RJ mentions, creating an entry evaluation mechanism and offering the gratification.
• Tracking of media coverage
It’s extremely important to know how effective a P.R campaign was. This is done by tracking, collecting & compiling all publicity material generated in the media during a P.R campaign. This would include news clippings, pictures, film clips & internet links of relevant articles that have appeared for a particular assignment. If required these are also evaluated against the media buying rates to know the approximate value a campaign has delivered in terms of money. Details regards circulation, readership, listener ship & viewer ship are also provided for the media carrying a news article.
PR Assignment duration:
Brandish PR services are available on a continued retainer basis as well as for one off assignments. For retainer services clients are given media coverage details and billed once every month. For a one off assignment clients are required to pay an advance on the commencement of a project and the balance on completion.
Film & Music PR:
Brandish Film & Music PR helps content producers promote their films & music to the correct audience and the trade. We strategically release information pertaining to the film (story line, actors, producers, music, etc) and correctly identify the target audience & image of the film. Also create a balanced hype around the film by highlighting certain points/aspect of the film which in turn helps in maximization of the film sales.

Payment Terms:
P.R charges differ from project to project depending on the requirements of the assignment like the media targeted, the number of cities & press management required at the events. A service tax of 10.3% is applicable on the total amount.
